Apricot Chicken 2

In the bag:
8 oz. Russian salad dressing
1 c. apricot jam
2 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix

From the kitchen:
4 chicken breasts

Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of 9 x 13. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl and pour over the top of chicken breasts.
2. Bake 1 hr & 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
3. Prepare rice using 2 cups rice and 4 cups water.
4. Serve chicken over rice.
