Erin's Chicken Rice Soup

This made about 100 servings. It is very hardy. I omitted the celery and used the chopped dehydrated carrots from the cannery (1/2 cup). David and Drew loved it!

My kids even liked it, which is a rare thing! We enjoyed the leftovers over toast the next day for lunch. Tasty soup.
